This talk covers our journey to active/active/active multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure — design trade-offs, operational costs, dead-ends, and hard lessons from several years of running critical financial infrastructure. We also cover our US market expansion, where the multi-cloud pitch didn’t land as expected.
